New Client Appointment

Service Description

New clients receive an overview of services offered, provider's specific approach, client and provider expectations. They also complete medical and social history information including a timeline of major events, when issues first began and steps client has taken to resolve the issue. A preliminary plan of care is developed to meet client's needs. 60-75 minute session.
