Sara has 20 years experience working with children and families in areas of emotional health, budgeting, life goals and creating a life worth living. She helps clients get excited about the present moment and their future vision, showing them how to play their way to happiness. She is the owner of Playful Awareness, a play therapy and DBT counseling practice located in Overland Park. She has also been featured on 41 Action News, KC Live, KCTV-5 on Better Kansas City, Women's Radio Network and Yahoo Parenting.
