Workshops

Our Playful Living Workshops for teens and adults are fun, engaging and provide tips and tools to be happy and "create a life worth living."  Play is the "secret sauce" of happiness.  Mindful, playful engagement in life and relationships is a core ingredient of overall mental health.  Themes discussed in our workshops include: depression, self-harm, anxiety, co-dependency, parenting, stress, gut health, emotional eating, play and empathy, trauma, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder and vulnerability.  


We offer Playful Living workshops for adults to learn how to experience nonjudgmental self-acceptance and self-love on a daily basis.
